Why You Need a Mom Tribe That Will Challenge You and Hold You Accountable
We all know how impossible it feels to be able to find mom friends that you can really connect with that hold similar values and goals as you do.
The motherhood world is one that often feels incredibly isolating, and in the COVID era, you can multiply that isolating feeling by ten.
That is why community is so important, and that’s why I created the Mission Motherhood Academy!
Mamas, it takes a village.
A village to raise our children and a village to raise us.
Most mamas not only feel isolated, but downright ill-equipped to handle the demands of motherhood, which causes the mental load of motherhood to become downright debilitating.
When the mental load was crushing me and the isolation was so real, I took it upon myself to figure out how to make it stop. I knew that there had to be a way to get my life back, my joy back, my time back, my sanity back, and STILL be a good mother.
I refused to believe that misery had to be a rite of passage in motherhood.
You may be reading this and feel like, “that’s great for you, but I’m still drowning over here.”
That’s okay. I see you. I hear you. I was you, and I have days where I still drown, too.
That’s why I created the Mission Motherhood Academy.
Because not only do we need community, but we need an easy way to continue learning and growing in motherhood so we can be EQUIPPED to handle the mental load and every other challenge that motherhood brings our way.
Motherhood will not be void of its challenges, but when we equip and empower ourselves to solve those challenges, we can write a motherhood narrative that is filled with joy, intention, and mission. We can create space, both physically and mentally, to focus on the things that really matter: delighting in your children, honoring the call of motherhood that God has given us, and fulfilling every other mission God has placed on our hearts to fulfill.
In this episode of the Mission Motherhood Podcast, I am giving you the inside scoop into all things Mission Motherhood Academy so you can decide if this membership community is right for you. I also invite two of my current group coaching clients to the show to share their experiences and life transformations they have received after five months of working with me.
